We employ data transfer automation using bar code scanning for inventory control transactions, BOM information, material selection, CNC program identification, process sequence and detailed processing procedures/tasks. We also use Electronic transfer of Design and specification data from customers. Our availability of QA/QC and management system policies and procedures are available online for easy accessibility and error-free version control. Live planning and scheduling data is used to manage and schedule resources allowing dynamic control of manufacturing output. Accurate production information provides feedback to all company departments and end customers.
