An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Sales Engineer to assist with our national sales and marketing drive within our sub-contract sheetmetal component manufacturing division.
Reporting to the General Manager – Sales & Marketing, your duties will include:

Establishing and maintaining
relationships with new and existing customers; -
Liaising with customers (internal and external);
-
Generating new business opportunities;
-
Assisting with quotations and tender submissions; and
-
Processing sales enquiries and orders.
Essential qualifications / experience:
-
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related discipline;
-
Previous experience in a similar role; and
-
Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets and identifying new market opportunities. Work experience in the sheetmetal manufacturing field would be a distinct advantage.
To succeed in this service orientated role you will need to possess excellent organisational and interpersonal/communication skills.
You will be able to demonstrate the tenacity to work in a fast paced and continuously evolving environment and achieve results by illustrating initiative and effectively managing multiple priorities in a team environment.
